The course will primarily focus on the different forms, types or kinds of Non-Institutional Correction/Community Based Corrections/NonConfinement Corrections. It includes the different methods, forms, type or kinds of clemency. The processes of the grant, revocation, cancellation, or disqualification of the party concerned as provided in the law, rules, guidelines or manual.
