This is a three-unit course that deals with the teacher as a person and as a professional within the context of national and global teachers standards and educational philosophies. It will include professional ethics, core values, and awareness of professional rights, privileges and responsibilities as well as the teachers’ roles in the society as a transformative agent of change. It will make use of methods and strategies of teaching that enhance the development of learners’ life and career skills and higher-order-thinking skills.
''Educational Technology 2'' is part of the course in the curriculum of education. A course or subject that comprises the knowledge, skills and attitudes required for Bachelor in Elementary Education (BEEd) and Bachelor in Secondary Education (BSEd) students to possess to help master the skills and knowledge needed and prepare you for your future career as a teacher.
